Status Meanings

What Do the Shipment Statuses Mean?

Picked Up
The courier has collected your parcel and processing has started.
In Transit
The parcel is moving through transfer hubs.
Customs
In customs inspection in the destination country.
Out for Delivery
On its way to the recipient.
Delivered
The parcel has been delivered.
Exception
There is a problem — please contact Navlunex.

Where to Find It

How Do You Find Your Tracking Number?

Log In to the Panel

Log in at app.navlunex.com with your username and password. The panel is currently available in Turkish.

Open “Gönderilerim” (My Shipments)

Open “Gönderilerim” from the left menu. All your shipments are listed there.

Click the AWB

Click the AWB number on the shipment row to open the carrier’s tracking page.

💡 Note: the AWB becomes active 20–60 minutes after your parcel is handed to the carrier. Watch the notifications in your panel.
